Join Jess & Iris for a soulful 45-minute sound healing session infused with Reiki. We’ll begin with a warm cup of tea and a guided meditation, creating a calming atmosphere for our sound bath.

Using a variety of instruments, I’ll create soothing vibrations that guide you into a state of deep relaxation and healing. As the sound envelops you, Iris will offer Reiki to each participant, enhancing the experience with her intuitive energy work.

Reiki is channelled through Iris’s energy field, flowing out of her hands and into the recipient. Iris will place her hands on or slightly above areas of the body to remove energy blockages. By connecting to the Reiki source and using loving intention, Iris directs energy to where it is most needed.

Afterward, we’ll gently bring you back to the present moment, allowing time for grounding and reflection. You’re welcome to draw a Tarot or oracle card for further insights and clarity.
