Shake the Dust for Palestine w/ Kirsty van de Geer

  • Kenko Studios 40 Saint Benedicts Street Eden Terrace, Auckland 1010 (map)

Hosted by Kirsty van de Geer

A radically fun practice to embody and process  stored tension and emotions.

Since training earlier this year with the founder of this practice Satu Tuomela, I have been itching to share, as the practice has a profound effect on the nervous system and the quality of refined awareness and joy.
Please join me in this practice to raise funds for Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) translates to Doctors without Borders.

Our efforts will go toward supporting Doctors in Palestine and the many wounded needing care.

This is a 90-minute practice of shaking, pilates, yoga, free movement and resourcing.
Anchor into perpetual movement to stretch the border of your capacity to burn up and transmute discomfort of body/mind and liberate yourself through spontaneous movement. This is a work out, to work in!
