Redefining Success: A Journaling Class

  • Sala 46 Brown Street Auckland, Auckland, 1021 New Zealand (map)

Hosted by Daisy Moore from journl.

Too often, we spend our days chasing an elusive feeling of success, without knowing what it is or whose version we are striving for. We end up never fully satisfied, always wanting more, more more. Or we finally land there and realise that it was never it.

This class is designed to help you pause, reassess, and realign. A grounding afternoon focused on redefining your version of success and grounding into your unique sense of enoughness.

We’ll start with a guided breathing exercise, followed by mind-dumping, allowing you to release mental clutter, and some guided reflective journaling prompts that encourage you to explore and redefine what success means to you. Whether you're feeling stuck or simply seeking clarity, this class is for you.

We will gather at the beautiful SALA tables, enjoy a warm cup of tea, and dive into a session of introspection. Whether you come with a friend or alone, you'll find a welcoming space to reflect and connect.

Location: Sala Studio. 46 Brown Street, Ponsonby
Date: Sunday October 20, 3:30 - 4:30PM
Cost: $35.00
